Fabio Stein Launches Sub-Label From Riot - 40 Degrees

Fabio Stein Launches Sub-Label From Riot - 40 Degrees

Details:
40 Degrees Records
(www.myspace.com/40deg)

Hotter than a tropical wheather!

40 Degrees is the very first trance label with a tropical vibe from Brazil.
Run by Fabio Stein, the italo-brazilian tech trance pioneer, the label will showcase a wide gamma of sounds, from euphoric melodic trance, to cool stripped down electric techy tracks; from banging tech trance, to groovy progressive tunes. A big variety of genres that will fail any pidgeonholing attempt, so expect the unexpected!

40 Degrees will be all about hot party music aimed solely and exclusively at dance floors, either small intimate rooms, big rooms, clubs or festivals. Big grooves, energy, excitement and lots of fun are the mandatory ingredients of the label.

So what’s in the box?

Fabio Stein pres. Uprise - Breakthru [40D001]
Original Mix
DJ Jack Remix
Danny Loko Space Dub
Danny Loko Vs. Fabio Stein Guitar Edit
Alex Losy Remix
Release date: September 14th, 2009

The first release of this new hot label is a big melodic track, from Fabio Stein's new alias Uprise, called Breakthru. An emotional and effervecent, big hands-in-the-air uplifting trance track, driven by a fast-flowing groove that will have you dancing with all your energy. And when you think you're running out of it, an epic breakdown comes to relieve your body and give you a small taste of heaven: a beautifully composed and arranged string section will embrace you, while a classic guitar and a PvD style pluck will give you a few hints of what lies ahead. A huge trance synth emerges from out of the blue, teasing your mind until it builds up the climax to bring the beat back with so much energy that it will blow you away!

We have an absolutely full pack in this release that will show a big part of 40 Degrees' wide musical spectrum.
The original keeps a trancy vibe for the likes of John O'Callaghan, Paul van Dyk and Sean Tyas, the remixes offer alternative styles and genres to please most of electronic dance music fans and DJs out there.

DJ Jack's remix strips the euphoria back into a groovy and techy progressive monster. A raving basspad fills up every angle of the spectrum on top of floor-pleasing drums. As it approaches the breakdown, a luscious and unexpected pluck colours the high frequencies. The mind-altering breakdown hipnotizes you into a floating state of mind, bringing back the effervescent nature of the original. Finally the monster basspad comes back out of nowhere, hitting you in the face when you less expect it!

Danny Oliveira, under his new alias, delivers a hybrid tech-housey, proggy and trancey stellar re-interpretation of Breakthru: Danny Loko Space Dub. Right from the start, you can taste the signature crazy drums, championed by Danny on his latest Somos Nozes track or his Electro House Is Dead remix, for Komytea. But this time he delivers a delicious beachy "staring at the sunset" kind of vibe. The huge emotional chords progress through the whole sequence and envolve every inch of your body, mind and soul.

And for an extra taste of heaven, Fabio Stein simply adds the classical guitar from the original on Danny's remix, to bring your mind to a divine summery experience.

Finally, to complete this package, from Lange Records, Alex Losy keeps it upbeat with a lethal groove injection, delivering a banging tech trance remix. A funky constant bassline, allied with rattling drums and tech stabs, drives the remix to the breakdown, which is where Alex brings back the original flavour... just for a bit, so you can catch your breath. Then it slams back into the tech madness!
