Schwarzkopf Dancing In The Dark

Details:
Schwarzkopf Dancing In The Dark

Schwarzkopf is the latest artist project for Michael Woods AKA Accadia, M1, Mike Hunt, Playback, Praetorian and Warrior; here he delivers his latest project through Cayenne Recordings.

His discogs page quite rightfully names Michael as one of the UK’s most popular producers having remixed everyone from Ian Van Dahl to Sonique to Lio and Energy 52, Michael has scored two chart hits under his Warrior guise, once with his self titled track which hit No.19 and secondly with Voodoo which also make an impact into the UK Top 40 in 2000.

His musicality stems from his ability as a pianist, both he and his sister (top trance vocalist Marcella Woods) were both classically trained in piano by their father and Michaels’ musicality flows through to his latest electro inspired project for Cayenne Records.

Dancing In The Dark features the Nina Simone-esque vocals of Stacey Charles and sees Michael make a firm smash back into the psyche of UK club land with this massive club track with unashamed cross over potential.

Featuring remixes from one of Spain’s hottest electro house duos (David) Amo & (Julio) Navas, a production team who’ve built up a solid reputation from the mid 90’s to today and tackle this anthem-in-the making with ease, also up on the mix is B N G, who deliver a more full bodied mix.

A firm foot-tapper here in the Cypher offices, we think this track is a sure fire way to get spring 08 kicked off.
