Following some, well, bloody excellent releases including Eyerer & Chopsticks Make My Day (Haunting) feat Zdar from Cassius (currently enjoying massive radio support cos it’s that good) Oliver Klein’s uber bleepy Re-Kraft, remixes of Warehouse classic Tricky Disco’ and many more, here’s the latest gem to drop from one of the hottest UK purveyors of that damn fine euro house sound currently doing the rounds.

Def Jaguar are Norwegian DJ Mikkas and Dane Lars B who’ve been producing together for about six years releasing music on labels including Voodoo Recordings, Realler, Jaques Laverne, Cooker, Mofa Schallplatten and more recently Get Physical in their well known alias Djuma Soundsystem…

Chick 1 is a lovely post disco slice of super cool house music that will have heads a-nodding and feet a-tapping from London to Berlin and back again via Slovenia and South Carolina (well, that last one was a lie... the Yanks won’t be getting this for a while) but you catch our drift… good solid house music for those who love it.

Remixes come in from Djuma Soundsystem, Swen Webber and Tronik Youth, providing four different flavours depending on your taste buds.

iO are happily pushing themselves forward to become the UK representative of the European sound and when they release music this good, who’s arguing?
